Term & Conditions

Shipping & Handling :

Estimated time of delivery : All Products are shipped within 1 or 2 working days after realization of payment. Courier takes 2-7 working days to deliver the product depending on the location and other factors. However if purchases with confirmed payments are made before 2 PM products are shipped on same day.

Courier Charges : Shipping and handling charges are fixed and are priced according to the weight and/or volume of the Product. Local shipping Charges (within Chennai and Tamilnadu) are less or sometimes free.

Shipping Discount : However if more than 1 product purchased, shipping discount is available.

Shipped Through : We will ship the Products through DTDC or Professional courier or ST Courier. We ship only in India.

Address + PIN Code + Mobile No. : Please give correct Address with Correct PIN Code and a Prominent Land Mark. Please include your Mobile Number in your address. All deliveries will be made between 10 am to 6 pm Monday - Saturday.

Return & Warranty Policies :

This product has a warranty for a period of one year against any manufacturing defects.

Returns on Defective and/or Damaged items :

Defective Items that are returned will be tested and if :

Found Defective : Buyer will be shipped a new replacement unit immediately,

Found not Defective : Item will be sent back to buyer

Buyer will have to send the product to us at his own cost. We will courier replacement at our cost. Items returned must be in like new condition with all original hardware, manuals & accessories.
Any item returned that shows improper use, improper handling or physical damage; missing manuals, parts and accessories will be returned back to buyer.
Defective or damaged items must be reported immediately within 4 days of receiving item. Any item to be returned for Replacement must be received within 10 days of receiving item in your hand.

Feedback :
We believe that there should be no cause for 'Negative feedback'. However if there are any issues please email to us before a negative feedback and we can mutually sort it out.

We are open for all communication. Please contact us before leaving your negative feedback. Any rating given to a seller can neither be changed nor modified. So better communicate for faster resolution to any disputes.

Payment Instructions :
Payments must be realized prior to shipping.
For faster payments, we recommend you to use NET Banking .
Buyers can also pay using Demand Draft or Cheque. The details would be sent to the buyer after the order is placed.
We do entertain Cash on pickups and Cash on Delivery if you are located in Chennai.
